A Twins Journey Through Art

“Being a twin means existing in relation - mirrored yet independent, alike yet not the same.”
– I. Rammos & P. Rammos.

A Twins Journey Through Art explores the relationship between twin sisters Irina and Penelope, tracing both the connections that unite them and the paths that distinguish them. Growing up side by side, they share a common history, yet each has developed a unique creative voice.

The exhibition brings these parallel journeys together through a series of works that engage with one another across themes, techniques, and perspectives. While rooted in shared experiences, their creative paths have led them to interpret the world in distinct ways.

Moving between connection and individuality, the exhibition invites visitors to consider questions of influence, authorship, and self-expression. The journey unfolds across four chapters:
-Common Ground: Our Joint Beginnings,
-Twin Experiments: “Twinness” Under the Loupe,
-Divergence: Finding Our Own Artistic Language,
-Resonance: Joint Endings.

Visitors are also invited to take part in an interactive experience. In doing so, they are encouraged to reflect on perception, similarity, and the subtle ways individuality emerges from a shared beginning.
